Birmingham museum
On
the 10th of November 2016 the School Council went on an informative
trip to the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery to find out more about the history of
Birmingham and to prepare for Remembrance Day. The first gallery was all about history
and it was full of interesting facts and artifacts all about famous people from
Birmingham. The second gallery was about famous paintings created in Birmingham.
We also saw some works by Pablo Picasso and other abstract artists. We finished
the day off by visiting the gift shop and traveled back to school by train
from Snow Hill Station.
